*Over the years I have been contacted by a number of people in the throes of distress around post partum psychosis. I have had many emails from husbands, parents, and mothers themselves requesting my help during this horrifying life event.

I am not a professional. If you or a loved one is experiencing a post partum episode, I would kindly encourage you to seek help from Mental Health Professionals who are prepared to assist you or your spouse through this trying time.

My work on the web is dedicated to helping Mothers prevent psychosis and depression by learning how to accomplish a gentle birth and then nourish and properly care for themselves after birth with a focus on sleep and great nutrition.

I am not prepared to offer any assistance to you or your family beyond heartfelt prayer for recovery and healing.
